My daughter and I have been going to the 5th Ave. location for quite some time. I have never met a more gracious, caring of thoughtful staff. This obviously radiates from the owner on down. From the moment you enter it is comfortable and calming. The space is immaculate and well maintained. They are leaders in facial department and offer so many wonderful options. My daughter is struggling with skin issues, they offer a great facial with LED treatment that made a huge improvement from the first day. We are completely devoted to Cindy and her staff.
- Pros: Worth the money
- Cons: I can't afford for us to go every week!

I just moved to nyc and i was desperately looking for a good place to get a brazilian. I was really nervous bc i've heard about all the bad experiences people have had going to random places so i was asking around and my friend told me she goes to cb spa. So i went and tried it out and i couldn't imagine going ANYWHERE else to get a brazilian wax! The technician who waxed me was so sweet and was actually really cool to talk to during the whole thing. The wax hardly hurts at all atleast compared to other places and it was so quick! I was in and out in 25-30 min. and the wax job was great..I highly reccomend to go here if you're looking for a quick and comfortable wax :))

After waxing for years, I decided to try laser hair removal at completely bare and it's been the best decision i've ever made! They're super nice here, and everything is really clean. I've been going to the location on 5th ave, but have just recently switched to the new location on Bond St. because it's closer to home. Every singe person that's treated me have always been nothing but polite, professional and caring. My results have been amazing- I bearly have to shave and I'm only half way done with my treatment. I highly recommend them!

After reading the mixed reviews I was a bit concerned about going to the Madison Avenue location, but I must say I am really happy I went. Genevieve did a really great job on my waxing as well as made me feel as comfortable as possible while doing such an uncomfortable procedure. From the second I walked through the doors, she greeted me with a warm welcoming smile and did everything possible to make the procedure painless. She used both warm and hard wax which is awesome. Hard wax seems to be much faster and better in certain areas of the body. I was also impressed by how clean everything was. She wore gloves and there was no double dipping. (I have had horror stories with other waxing places in NYC). I liked the fact that they put a special cream on you afterwards and let you clean your own business. It was done in a very professional manner and there was really no wax left over to clean. I finally found the right place, I will definitely be back.

If you've ever been waxed before, then you know how horrible the experience can be ... well not at Completely Bare!! My best friend goes there regularly for her brazilian waxes or as they call it a "Completely Bare" wax (how cute?!) ... she's been telling me about it for the longest time so finally i made myself an appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was so peaceful.. The girl who waxed me was extra gentle and really made me feel comfortable, unlike most of the places ive been before. Overall, it wax quick and easy and i felt at ease in my bikini for July 4th... I will definitely be back!!!

My girl friends have been going to Completely Bare for years and recommended the place to me. Their recommendations paled in comparison to the real thing. I don't even know where to begin. Everything was amazing- from my phone call to make the appointment to the time they wished for me to have a great 4th of july!! The receptionist who picked up the phone was so helpful and she answered every question I had and handled all of my concerns. She made me feel so comfortable with all of the questions that I felt were awkward. I felt like I was talking to a friend. As soon as i opened the door and stepped into the spa i was greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome by every employee that walked by. They offered me water (cold or room temp- how fab!) and magazines. I never got to read the magazine because by the time I grabbed the magazine the technician came out and was ready for me. There was no wait time!! I have a hectic schedule so this meant so much to me. The tech was so funny and so caring. She was mentally getting me through the wax. Kept my mind off of it and it was so fast. They didn't double dip which was a huge concern for me. After the wax she went in and tweezed every single hair that the wax didn't grab. She was so amazing. I didn't feel rushed at all and I felt like their whole spa revolved around me. It was such a good feeling. Such a beautiful small and intimate space they had. Loved the decor, the atmosphere, and the energy there. I recommened it to my sister who is visiting I can't wait to see what she says. Love Love Love this place!!!

I've been getting bikini waxes for years, but have never been totally pleased with the results. Until now. I've heard about Completely Bare through friends and magazines, and the wonderful things said do not do them justice. IT WAS AMAZING. Everyone there is so nice and professional. The girl that I had was so cool. It was by far the least painful wax I've ever had and it lasted way longer than most do. I'm definitely not going anywhere else!

i came here for a brazilian wax, i have heard about this place through a couple of co workers and also seen a few write ups in random magazine articles. i'll usually try anywhere since i don't really have a preference to anywhere else. the girl that did the wax was awesome. from the minute she introduced herself i was at ease. they had a tv in the ceiling ("charlies angels" was on) which helped keep me distracted, but she kept the conversation flowing the entire time so i was never uncomfortable at any point. i noticed they didn't double dip the wax sticks either. i was impressed with how thorough they are, no hair got left behind, and when she finished she thanked me for being "such a great client", which i thought was nice. i'll definitely go back for my next brazilian. hands down, best wax experience i've had.
- Pros: nice wait area, friendly staff, so clean!, wax itself was the quickest and easiest i've ever had
- Cons: none that i can think of...

I am writing this review for Completely Bare in Scrasdale NY, I wanted everone to know that I LOVE that location. It was my very first time ever being waxed. The woman on the phone made me laugh when I told her that was a virgin to waxing. She made me feel so comfortable and told me that the woman who was going to wax me was an expert in her field. Expert to say the least, she was awsome, her name was Jennifer, she was so quick that by the time I had a chance to say a word it was over. When I walked into the store the girl at the front desk knew my first name and addressed me as if she knew me forever( I Love that type of service). She made me feel as if I were a client there for years. They spoke to me about laser and how it works and I may actually start soon. I must take baby steps, first the wax ,then the laser but for now I will continue waxing at Completely Bare. Thank You girls so much, by the way the spa was so clean and trendy made you feel like you were visiting in your friends living room. Girls at Completely Bare you get an A+++++ from me, best kept secret in Westchester.

Finally a place that is great with laser hair removal . I did my bikini and other areas i would rather not mention but it works and everyone makes you comfortable . I did have to waite sometimes but it was worth it . They are very knowledgable and sweet .
