The trend started in New York City, and has made a comeback recently in popularity. News stations, TV talk shows, and magazines have all weighed in on just what the Vajazzle actually is. Howard Stern also aired a segment talking with the spa owner and developer of adding some flair. The patterns available for the Vajazzle are sunburst, peace sign, heart, or butterfly.
